Join our vibrant team as a full-time Licensed Leasing Agent and become a key player in our dynamic Leasing Team. We are looking for a sales-savvy, detail-oriented, organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. As part of our energetic 8-person leasing division, you will support the team by managing client relationships, processing applications, executing leases, and tracking data. Your role will be crucial in meeting the growing needs of our company.

We prefer candidates who are available for night and weekend showings. We offer flexible scheduling, including options like Wednesday - Sunday 9-5 with Monday and Tuesday off, or Tuesday - Saturday 9-5 with Sunday and Monday off. Ideally, hours would be from 11am-7pm to accommodate later showing times.

Compensation:

$60,000 - $80,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

  • Activate and maintain rental listings for managed and leasing-only clients.
  • Represent landlords with a fiduciary duty while maintaining positive tenant relationships.
  • Show rental listings, guide prospects through properties, and answer their questions about applications.
  • Process rental applications, present materials to landlords, and communicate decisions to applicants.
  • Draft, review, and send lease agreements.
  • Hang and collect lockboxes, manage keys, and ensure listing access.
  • Communicate turnover expectations to property management and landlords.
  • Track tasks in the company management system and ensure lease compliance.
  • Review and update property advertisements, provide feedback on listings, and generate pricing information for assigned listings.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven success in sales and customer service, with at least one year in the real estate industry.
  • Skills: Detail-oriented, proactive, goal-driven, and tech-savvy with advanced knowledge of Google apps and real estate software.
  • Licensing: Active PA Real Estate Salesperson License and a clean driving record.
  • Knowledge: Advanced understanding of Philadelphia landlord/tenant laws and compliance documentation requirements.

About Company

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base salary plus a flat fee per executed lease (estimated $60,000-$80,000 annually, with potential for more for high performers).
