MBA Consulting Services is looking for a motivated IT Systems Implementation Administrator to join our team supporting technology deployments and operational systems for the United States Postal Service. You’ll gain hands-on experience with hardware setup, networking, troubleshooting, and field technology support while working alongside experienced technical professionals.

Location: Merrifield, VA - 4 days on-site, 1 day remote
Clearance: Ability to obtain Public Trust
What You’ll Be Doing
Assist with setting up and deploying new systems
Prepare, image, and ship hardware equipment to field sites
Support hardware installations, cable connections, and equipment setup
Help configure systems and verify network connectivity
Troubleshoot basic hardware, networking, and configuration issues
Work with senior technical staff, developers, and local IT teams to resolve problems
Support testing activities to ensure systems communicate properly
Assist with updating system configurations and responding to support requests
Provide technical assistance and support to USPS operational personnel
What We’re Looking For
Interest in IT, networking, hardware support, or technical operations
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks
Comfortable learning new technology and working in a team environment
Basic computer and troubleshooting knowledge preferred
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Preferred Qualifications
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Networking, or related field preferred
Internship, help desk, desktop support, or technical support experience is a plus
Familiarity with networking concepts, hardware setup, or command-line tools is helpful but not required
