Yujo is a fast casual restaurant serving Asian comfort food, specializing in authentic Japanese ramen and fresh brewed boba tea.

Job Overview: cross-training between cashier, food runner and boba tea barista, while providing exceptional hospitality

Job Responsibilities:

-Provide customer with an excellent hospitality experience

-Be fully knowledgeable of our menu in regards to ingredients/allergens and descriptions

-Expedite to go orders over phone/delivery app(s)

-Communicate cordially as a team with kitchen staff

-Handle customer concerns to the best of ability

-Ensure dining room/restroom cleanliness, stocking/restocking dry & paper goods comfortable operating register and handling cash

-Able to lift 50 lbs.

Qualifications / Experience Desired

-No experience/education required

-Prior customer service experience

-Strong work ethnic, punctuality

-Desire to work well on a team with a positive and professional attitude

-Able to lift 50 lbs.
