VP, HR Business Partner

The VP, HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as an advanced level consultant on complex technical and business matters and may supervise between 1-2 direct reports. The HRBP provides front-line support to the company business units’ employees and management in the areas of performance management, compensation, employee relations, employee communications, organization design, policy interpretation, and training and development.  The HRBP will drive people solutions to business issues.  This position requires an ability to work independently with limited day-to-day supervision.
