Position: Mortgage Recruiting Coordinator: Drive Hiring Velocity
Home Xpress Mortgage is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support our Talent Acquisition team in Santa Ana, CA. This role will be responsible for coordinating interviews, managing candidate communication, and maintaining ATS hygiene. Ideal candidates will have at least one year of experience in a wholesale mortgage environment.
The Recruiting Coordinator must be detail-oriented, have strong scheduling capabilities, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma is required, and an associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred.
