We are currently seeking a full-time, on-site Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a school district in Chipley, Florida for the 2026–2027 school year. In this role, you will provide comprehensive speech and language services to students, complete evaluations and assessments, develop and implement IEP goals, supervise an SLPA, monitor student progress, and collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other members of the special education team.
Job Details
Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
School Year: August 2026 – May 2027
Student Population: PreK–8
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
Supervision of one SLPA
Responsibilities include direct therapy, evaluations, consultations, and case management
Guaranteed paid hours, including documentation, planning, and administrative time
100% on-site position
Reasonable caseloads
Ongoing support from both the school district and the TheraPeds Partners team
Compensation: $55–$65+ per hour ($2,062–$2,437+ per week)
