Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to assist in managing store operations effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Manager in daily store operations and management
- Manage retail sales and customer service activities
- Oversee shift management and ensure smooth transitions
- Support store staff in various tasks such as cashiering, stocking, and clerical duties
- Communicate effectively with customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Assist in payroll management and scheduling
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets and operational goals
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail management or a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of store management procedures and best practices
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
