Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to assist in managing store operations effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Store Manager in daily store operations and management
  • Manage retail sales and customer service activities
  • Oversee shift management and ensure smooth transitions
  • Support store staff in various tasks such as cashiering, stocking, and clerical duties
  • Communicate effectively with customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Assist in payroll management and scheduling
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets and operational goals

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in retail management or a similar role
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
  • Bilingual proficiency is a plus
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Knowledge of store management procedures and best practices
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
