Asst Front Office Manager

Chico Hot Springs Resort is looking for an Assistant Front Office Manager to help lead our Front Office team in one of Montana's most iconic destination resorts. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll work alongside your team while helping coach, train, and develop employees to deliver exceptional service every day.

You'll assist with the day-to-day operation of the Front Office, support guest satisfaction, resolve challenges with professionalism, and help ensure our team provides the warm, welcoming experience Chico is known for. Whether you're mentoring new employees or helping a guest create lifelong memories, you'll play an important role in our success.
