As an important member of the Operations and Sales Center Team, the Warehouse Manager is responsible for managing the Warehouse, Equipment Service, and Fleet divisions. Making personnel decisions such as hiring, compensation, promotions, discipline, and termination of team members based on Company policies is also part of this role. In addition, the Warehouse Manager handles inventory management and implements statistical data analysis to identify areas for continual enhancement.

- Deliver training and clear guidance to ensure that forklift operators and warehouse staff have the necessary knowledge and skills to complete their duties safely.

- Keep the company's exterior appearances looking presentable.
- Governs the routine operations of the Equipment Service group.
- Responsible for maintaining the fleet's condition and making sure that all truck inspections are conducted in compliance with the regulations.
