As an important member of the Operations and Sales Center Team, the Warehouse Manager is responsible for managing the Warehouse, Equipment Service, and Fleet divisions. Making personnel decisions such as hiring, compensation, promotions, discipline, and termination of team members based on Company policies is also part of this role. In addition, the Warehouse Manager handles inventory management and implements statistical data analysis to identify areas for continual enhancement.

• The management team receives detailed reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis to track progress and provide feedback.
• Utilize a software program that can help you to manage inventory levels in real-time, facilitating a quick response to changes in demand.
• Study statistical reports and data with an intention to pinpoint areas for constant evolution.
• Effectively monitor and manage the department's budget, taking proactive measures to address any potential variances and ensure that financial goals are met.
• Observe and manage the product rotation process to guarantee efficiency within the facility.
• The layout of the warehouse is intended to increase productivity.
• Executes all the trucking operations that involve the movement of cargo in and out of the facility.
• Deliver training and clear guidance to ensure that forklift operators and warehouse staff have the necessary knowledge and skills to complete their duties safely.
• The warehouse's cleanliness and organization must be kept intact to secure a safe and attractive work setting for the food manufacturing plant
• Keep the company's exterior appearances looking presentable.
• Governs the routine operations of the Equipment Service group.
• Responsible for maintaining the fleet's condition and making sure that all truck inspections are conducted in compliance with the regulations.
• Liaise with the management team to foster a pleasing work environment, facilitate employee growth, and establish the company as a highly-regarded employer.
• All regulations, procedures, and methods must be respected, implemented, and fortified.
• Team up with the administrative section stationed in Black Hills.
• Work alongside other sales center managers to oversee its operations and ensure it's functioning efficiently, effectively, and with financial success.
• Tasked with ensuring the welfare and safety of the supervised employees, protecting the valuable assets and equipment of the sales center, and ensuring the smooth operation of the business processes.
• Stay current on technology and information that apply to your functional area to support innovation and ensure compliance is met.
