The Role: Brightway's Quality Assurance and Incident Management Specialist assists the Quality Assurance team by assisting with all aspects of audits, incidents, and investigations. The QA and IM Specialist maintains copies of incident reports and participates in agency reviews of incidents for various committees.

Salary Range: $20.09-$24.11/hour
