We're looking for a Social Media Specialist with 3+ years of professional experience managing social media accounts — this is not an entry-level role. You'll own content strategy and execution across a portfolio of client accounts, so we need someone who's a genuine self-starter: comfortable juggling multiple clients, driving your own priorities, and catching issues before they become problems.
Responsibilities
Develop content ideas, hooks, scripts, and creative briefs aligned to each client's goals, audience, and business objectives
Research platform trends, competitors, and high-performing content to identify new opportunities
Maintain content calendars and stay far enough ahead that future content is always in development before current content publishes
Manage scheduling and publishing across multiple client accounts, serving as the final quality checkpoint before anything goes live
Own community management for client accounts — responding to comments and messages in a timely, on-brand manner, and flagging anything that needs client input or escalation
Review captions, thumbnails, hashtags, metadata, and formatting to maintain a consistently high bar
Maintain brand voice, messaging, and platform best practices across every account
Monitor content performance and translate analytics into concrete recommendations for future content and production
Identify content gaps and long-term opportunities to improve account performance
Communicate proactively on timelines, priorities, and roadblocks across clients and internal teams
