SALARY - $19.00 to $25.00 / HR

LOCATION - Modesto

HOURS - Monday thru Friday, 8:am to 5:pm

Will consider Candidates with Experience or will train Entry Level Recent College Grads.

RESPONSIBILITIES -

• Assist with month-end close, including the following: journal entries, account reconciliations, bank reconciliations, and managing month-end close checklist. Some financial statement compilation and trial balance work as directed by the Controller.
• Supplemental financial statement reporting as needed.
• Assist with preparation of budgets for review by management.
• Sales tax compliance and reporting.
• Interact with sales and operational personnel on a regular basis.
• Work with Controller to establish, maintain, and coordinate the implementation of accounting controls and procedures as they relate to costing.

QUALIFICATIONS -

• Bachelor's degree in accounting.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry a plus.
• Strong excel skills; intermediate level at a minimum.
• Strong 10 key and typing skills.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to quickly pivot between tasks.
