Pharmacist (Clinical Specialist Provider Educator)

The Clinical Pharmacist Practitioner (CPP), Provider Clinical Educator will be integral part of Health Informatics team and will report directly to Chief Health Informatics Officer. As part of Clinical Educator, Clinical Pharmacist Practitioner will provide CPRS training to new providers and also existing providers. Incumbent will be responsible for assisting and leading training during transition to new EHRM in future for Salisbury VA Health Care System.
