Payroll & Benefits Administrator (Contract)

Location: Lake Mary, FL (Onsite)

Pay: $30–$33/hour, based on experience

Assignment Length: 6-Month Contract

We are seeking an experienced Payroll & Benefits Administrator on a six-month contract assignment. This role is primarily focused on payroll processing while also supporting employee benefits administration and essential HR functions.

Responsibilities

  • Process weekly payroll accurately and on schedule
  • Administer employee garnishments and 401(k) transactions, including enrollments, contribution changes, loans, and distributions
  • Coordinate weekly, monthly, and quarterly payroll reconciliations
  • Prepare payroll and HR reports for management and executive leadership
  • Generate HR reports and maintain accurate employee records
  • Prepare documentation for internal and external audits
  • Conduct audits of payroll records, personnel files, PTO balances, and HR policies
  • Administer PTO, vacation, sick leave, holiday, and personal leave programs, ensuring accurate accruals
  • Support employee benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of payroll processing experience
  • Experience with employee benefits, garnishments, and 401(k) administration
  • Knowledge of payroll compliance, tax withholdings, and payroll regulations
  • Experience with ADP/HRIS systems and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Experience with ServiceTitan
