Collegium Pharmaceutical is building a leading, diversified biopharmaceutical company committed to improving the lives of people living with serious medical conditions. We have a leading portfolio of responsible pain management and neuropsychiatry medications.

Hybrid: Required to be onsite in Stoughton, MA on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Senior Administrative Assistant provides broad, cross-functional administrative support to Executive Committee members while overseeing day-to-day office operations to ensure an organized, efficient, and welcoming work environment. This role serves as a trusted partner to senior leadership, handling complex administrative responsibilities with professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail. Reporting to the Executive Assistant to the CEO, this individual will manage executive support activities, coordinate office operations and meeting logistics, and support company events and employee experience initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, collaborative, resourceful, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage calendars, scheduling both internal and external meetings, and organize logistics

Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed

Coordinate travel arrangements and meeting preparations

Process expense reports, as well as invoices and purchase orders

Responsible for home office administration, including managing and procuring office supplies and maintaining kitchen inventory

Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment

Help organize office operations, events, and team activities

Assist with special projects and cross-functional initiatives

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s Degree preferred

2-4 years of experience supporting senior level executives at VP level and above required

Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Takes initiative rather than wait for direction; able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Professional, with a positive attitude and willingness to contribute where needed

Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Pay Range

$90,000 $100,000 USD
