Join Our Prestigious Plastic Surgery Practice as a Front Office Receptionist!
We are seeking a friendly, outgoing, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Office Receptionist. In this important role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and play a key part in our day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities include:
- Answering phone calls and assisting patients with inquiries
- Scanning and managing medical records
- Verifying insurance eligibility
- Maintaining a daily collection log
- Supporting the office with various administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Experience in a medical or healthcare setting is a plus
