Shift: 12-hour Night Shifts
Contract Length: 13 Weeks (will consider 8 or 13 weeks)
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
Job Summary
Seeking experienced and committed Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) for a travel assignment in the Long-Term Care (Skilled Nursing Facility) department. The CNA will provide direct patient care and assist residents with activities of daily living while maintaining a safe, respectful, and compassionate environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Monitor and document vital signs and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
- Provide basic patient care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff
- Ensure patient safety, comfort, and dignity at all times
- Assist with transfers and repositioning of residents
- Maintain a clean and safe patient environment
- Follow facility policies, infection control standards, and HIPAA guidelines
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care
Requirements
Requirements
- Active Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) certification
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
- Must not be a local candidate (no residence within 60 miles of the facility)
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts with a varied schedule
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
