Physical Therapy Assistant

What You’ll Do:

• Patient Power-Up: Treat patients according to individualized plans from our skilled Physical Therapists, helping them reach their goals and celebrate their victories.
• Progress Tracker Extraordinaire: Record daily and weekly treatment notes, keeping the team informed and the patients on their path to recovery.
• Team Player: Join in on exciting Patient Care and Rehabilitation Conferences, sharing insights and strategies to enhance our care!

Physical Demands: Prepare to be on your feet! You’ll be walking, reaching, and engaging with patients frequently. The role may require some heavy lifting (up to 100 pounds), but your dedication will make all the difference in the lives of our patients!

Work Environment: You’ll thrive in a supportive atmosphere where collaboration is key. The noise level is usually low to moderate, making it a great place to focus on what matters most—our patients!

Pay: $30.00-$45.00 per hour, depending on experience and education. Additional compensation may be available for this role, including shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
