Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist - Full-Time

Seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in San Jose, CA, starting ASAP. This role offers 40 hours/week, 8-hour day shifts, in a modern outpatient orthopedic/ sports medicine clinic.

Responsibilities include evaluating and treating orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, developing personalized treatment plans, providing 1:1 patient care, documenting progress, and educating patients. The environment features modern equipment and supportive leadership.

Qualifications include a Doctorate or Master’s in Physical Therapy, active (or pending) license, with new grads welcome for mentorship. Outpatient ortho experience is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills are essential.
