Your New Role

As a Customer Service Representative and Dispatcher in Tucson, AZ, you will:

  • Answer incoming customer calls in a professional and friendly manner
  • Schedule plumbing service appointments accurately and efficiently
  • Dispatch technicians based on availability, location, and job requirements
  • Keep customers informed of appointment updates and scheduling changes
  • Address customer questions and scheduling concerns with professionalism
  • Assist with general administrative and office support tasks
  • Maintain accurate customer information and scheduling records
  • Participate in an after-hours on-call rotation as needed

Job requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of customer service, call center, or dispatch experience
  • Administrative experience or experience in the home services industry is preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment
  • Ability to remain seated for extended periods during scheduled shifts
  • Experience with DESCO software is a plus
