Construction Spotter – Data Site (Omaha, NE)
We are looking for Construction Spotters to support equipment operators on a large-scale data center project in Omaha. This role is critical to maintaining safety and preventing costly damage by guiding operators in tight, high-traffic work areas.
Position Details
- Pay: $21–$24/hour (based on experience)
- Schedule:
- Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturdays: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Location: Omaha, NE
- Job Site: Active data center construction project
Key Responsibilities
- Assist heavy equipment operators in tight or congested spaces
- Use hand signals and two-way radios to direct equipment safely
- Maintain constant awareness of surroundings to prevent damage or incidents
- Ensure safe movement of machinery, materials, and personnel
- Communicate clearly with operators and site leadership
- Help maintain strict safety standards on a high-risk, high-visibility project

Qualifications
- 2+ years of general construction experience required
- Experience on large commercial job sites preferred
- Comfortable working around heavy equipment in active construction zones
- Strong focus on safety and situational awareness
- Reliable with the ability to follow directions and communicate effectively

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Omaha, NE.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
