Job Details

• Craft Tailored Therapy Plans:

Assess individual patient needs and formulate personalized therapy strategies that empower them to achieve their functional objectives.

• Deliver Therapeutic Solutions:

• Collaborate with Diverse Teams:

Work alongside OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive and compassionate care.

• Empower Patients and Families:

Guide patients and their loved ones in therapy practices they can use to continue progress at home.

• Track and Adjust Progress:

Monitor clinical outcomes meticulously, modifying treatment plans as necessary to keep patients on their journey to recovery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Commitment to ongoing education and pursuit of additional post-graduate certifications is encouraged and supported

Certifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification mandatory
