The Opportunity
Snyder Law, PC is seeking a California-licensed Litigation Attorney with 3+ years of litigation experience to join its growing Trust Litigation department.
This is a strong opportunity for a motivated litigator who wants meaningful case responsibility, direct client interaction, and hands-on experience in trust and estate disputes. You will take an active role in moving matters forward, contributing to case strategy, drafting and arguing key filings, participating in discovery, and preparing cases for mediation, hearings, and trial.
The ideal candidate will bring a solid litigation foundation, strong writing and analytical skills, and the judgment to handle emotionally sensitive and high-conflict matters with professionalism. Experience in estate planning, probate, or trust litigation is welcomed, but not required. We are open to candidates with a variety of litigation backgrounds who are eager to grow with the firm.
This role is for an attorney who wants to take ownership of their work, continue developing as a litigator, and grow within a boutique firm that is building with intention.
What You Will Do
Manage trust and estate litigation matters with appropriate oversight
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, legal memoranda, and case-related correspondence
Conduct legal research and contribute to litigation strategy
Handle written discovery, meet-and-confer efforts, deposition preparation, and related discovery tasks
Prepare for and participate in hearings, mediations, court proceedings, and trial preparation
Communicate proactively and professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and team members
Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and staff to ensure matters move forward efficiently
Support clients who are navigating complex, emotional, and high-stakes trust and estate disputes
