Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards

Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation

Monitor station pars and proactively communicate replenishment needs

Identify and address potential issues before they impact service

Work collaboratively with chefs and fellow cooks to ensure smooth execution

Uphold Ironwood's standards for quality, consistency, and presentation

Qualifications:

Previous line cook experience preferred

Strong understanding of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Self-starter mentality with strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
