Technical Service Manager- HVAC VRV (hybrid-work from home)

Regional Technical Manager Remote Hybrid position (work from home office but you must live in the region you support). We are looking for self starters that are motivated by helping people to be better at what they do. This position involves some field work as well as classroom and lab training. A technical manager has 4 core initiatives and that is teaching our customers how to install and service our products so they 1) Deliver the best comfort. 2) Have the fewest breakdowns. 3) Run at the highest efficiency and 4) Live the longest life. We must achieve this through cutting edge training and support.
