Role and Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Restaurant General Manager in supervising daily restaurant operations to maintain high standards of food quality, customer service, and cleanliness.
  • Guide and mentor team members, fostering a positive work environment and encouraging professional development.
  • Ensure adherence to Popeyes brand standards and consistently deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Oversee staff scheduling, training programs, and performance evaluations to meet operational goals.
  • Support inventory management, purchasing, and cost-control measures to improve profitability.
  • Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
  • Participate in recruiting, onboarding, and training new team members as needed.
  • Complete additional assignments as required to support restaurant success.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Experience in restaurant management or leading teams is preferred.
  • Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and developing team performance.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
