Estimation of Flat Roof Systems, Candidate Must Have a Minimum of 5+ Year Experience in Roof Estimates in Commercial NYC Environment.
Requirements:
Familiar With All Flat Roofing Systems from Soprema, Siplast, Johns Manville, Firestone, Carlisle.
Familiar With IRMA, Build Up, Single Ply Roof Systems, Liquid Roof Systems.
Familiar With Paver Systems for Roofs.
Familiar With Sheet metal Takeoffs.
Familiar With Leveling Bid Process Prior to Award.
Familiar With Submittals process Post award.
Job Duties:
Estimating of Roof Projects throughout NYC and NYS.
Leveling Jobs
Ordering Material for Job
Submittals post award
Shop Drawings
Roofing Related Experience is a must please Do Not apply if your experience is not Roof Specific.
