Department : Companion Animal Euthanasia Training Academy (CAETA)

Travel Required : Occasional travel to conferences, educational events, and team meetings

Location : Hybrid (Lutz, FL). This role is primarily remote but requires occasional travel to our main office in Lutz, FL

Salary : $50,000 - 53,000

Companion Animal Euthanasia Training Academy (CAETA) is the educational division of Lap of Love. Together, we are committed to advancing compassionate end-of-life care through education, training, and support.

Through webinars, conferences, hands-on laboratories, certification programs, and educational resources, CAETA helps veterinary students and professionals build the knowledge, confidence, and skills needed to provide exceptional end-of-life care. Our mission is to improve the experience for pets, families, and the veterinary professionals who care for them.

Position Description

CAETA and Lap of Love Veterinary Hospice, headquartered in Lutz, FL., seeks to add a key member to its growing team by employing a dynamic Veterinary Education Coordinator to support our CAETA team. This individual will play an integral role in delivering exceptional educational experiences for veterinary professionals while supporting the continued growth of CAETA’s programs.

This position coordinates educational events, manages program logistics, supports veterinary practices participating in certification programs, and ensures sponsors, speakers, attendees, and veterinary partners receive an outstanding experience from beginning to end. This individual will also help bring educational initiatives to life while building lasting relationships with veterinary practices participating in CAETA’s Certified Peaceful Euthanasia Practice program.

They take ownership of details, communicate with professionalism and warmth, and enjoy building relationships with veterinary professionals, speakers, sponsors, and educational partners.
