Shipping Agent

Connect Staffing Solutions is hiring an experienced Shipping Agent for an indoor warehouse environment. We're looking for a dependable team member with shipping and receiving experience and forklift skills who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process outgoing shipments
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials
• Load, unload, and stage products for shipment
• Operate Stand-Up and Sit-Down Forklift
• Maintain accurate shipping records and inventory transactions
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory control
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
• Follow all company safety procedures

Qualifications

✅ Minimum 1 year of Shipping & Receiving experience

✅ Experience operating Stand-Up and Sit-Down Forklift

✅ Experience using RF scanners and shipping documentation preferred

✅ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

✅ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

✅ Reliable transportation and excellent attendance

✅ Must live within approximately 15–20 miles of 77066
