We are looking for a Call Center Representative who will serve as a liaison between our company and its current and potential members. The successful candidate will take ownership of effectively resolving member issues and inquiries, keeping member satisfaction at the core of every decision and action.

Experience: Experience in a financial institution preferred, and a minimum of 1 year of Call Center experience preferred. However, we will consider previous experience in a customer service role. Must have excellent phone skills. Knowledge of Credit/Debit card and ATM card procedures and Regulation E requirements.

Skills: Must be computer literate and a multitasker. Knowledge of credit union products and services preferred. General phone skills and knowledge of chat services/credit/debit/ATM cards preferred. Technical Support experience is a plus.

Desirable Traits: Must be dependable, eager to learn, and present a professional appearance with a pleasant personality at all times. Ability to work well alone or in a team environment. Some days will have heavy call volumes.

  • Part - Time Hours: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • Saturday (rotating) 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM
  • Closed Sundays & most holidays.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 per hour
