The eCommerce Channel Marketing Manager is responsible for end-to-end operations and marketing execution across ASUS marketplace storefronts in North America. This role will take over management of Best Buy Marketplace, Walmart Marketplace, and Newegg Marketplace from the existing channel team, while also serving as the dedicated operator for the eShop team's emerging marketplaces: Temu, TikTok Shop, and Nvidia Marketplace. This position is responsible for daily operations, listing health, content readiness, promotional execution, and performance optimization across all assigned marketplaces. The role partners closely with Channel, Product Marketing, eShop, Operations, and Customer Service teams to ensure each marketplace launches, scales, and performs to plan.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end operations for the marketplaces below, including listing setup, content management, pricing, inventory coordination, promotions, order monitoring, and performance reporting:
Best Buy Marketplace, Walmart Marketplace, Newegg Marketplace, Temu, TikTok Shop, Nvidia Marketplace…etc.
Manage product onboarding and launches on each marketplace, including SKU setup, category mapping, attribute completeness, image and A+ / enhanced content readiness, and compliance with each platform's content and policy requirements.
Partner with Product Marketing and Channel teams to ensure consistent product messaging, pricing strategy, and promotional alignment across marketplaces and ASUS.com.
Plan and execute marketplace promotions and campaigns (e.g., Prime Day–equivalent events, Black Friday/Cyber Monday, platform-specific sales, livestream events on TikTok Shop) in partnership with each marketplace's account/partner manager.
Serve as the primary point of contact with each marketplace's partner/account team to drive joint business plans, secure merchandising placements, resolve operational issues, and capture new growth opportunities.
Monitor daily marketplace health metrics - Buy Box / featured offer share, listing suppression, account health, seller rating, return rates, and policy violations and drive timely resolution with internal and external partners.
Coordinate with Operations, Logistics, and Finance teams on inventory allocation, fulfillment models (FBA/WFS/3PL/seller-fulfilled), pricing updates, chargebacks, and reconciliation.
Develop and maintain a reporting cadence (weekly/monthly/quarterly) covering sales, traffic, conversion, advertising performance, and promo ROI for each marketplace; surface insights and recommended actions to leadership.
Plan, execute, and optimize on-platform advertising (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Walmart Connect, Newegg Ads, TikTok Shop Ads, etc.), managing budgets to agreed ROAS / ACoS targets.
Drive new marketplace launch readiness for Temu, TikTok Shop, and Nvidia Marketplace — including store setup, catalog build-out, content localization, go-to-market planning, and post-launch optimization.
Stay current on each marketplace's roadmap, new features, and best practices; recommend and pilot new programs (e.g., Walmart Fulfillment Services, TikTok Shop affiliate, Newegg Premier) where they support ASUS growth.

Knowledge and Skills:
Strong working knowledge of marketplace seller/partner portals (e.g., Best Buy Partner Portal, Walmart Seller Center, Newegg Seller Portal, TikTok Shop Seller Center, Temu Seller Center)
Demonstrated experience launching and scaling SKUs on third-party marketplaces, including catalog setup, content optimization, and promotional execution
Solid understanding of marketplace economics - referral fees, fulfillment options, ad costs, return rates and the ability to manage P&L drivers at the channel level
Experience planning and managing on-platform advertising and reporting against ROAS / ACoS targets
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate marketplace data into clear insights and actions; comfortable working in Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, basic modeling)
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple marketplaces and priorities in parallel, track dependencies, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail with the ability to ensure accuracy and completeness of product content, pricing, and promotions across multiple platforms
Ability to work cross-functionally with Channel, Product Marketing, eShop, Operations, Finance, and Customer Service teams
Strong initiative with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Familiarity with web analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, or marketplace-native analytics is a plus
