Recruiting Manager

To support rapid growth, the full-time Recruiting Manager will lead the full-cycle sales recruiting strategy for a nationwide sales force, focusing on sourcing elite sales talent and optimizing the talent pipeline in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Lead, mentor, and elevate the recruiting function to meet aggressive hiring goals Build and execute strategic recruiting plans for high-volume sales and 1099 roles Screen candidates for skill fit, sales acumen, and cultural alignment while delivering an exceptional candidate experience Required qualifications Proven success leading recruiting efforts in a high-volume sales environment Experience in merchant services and a strong understanding of payment processing Experience recruiting 1099 sales professionals Bachelor's degree preferred 3-5 years of full-cycle sales recruiting experience
