Job Title: Quality Inspector
Job Description
The Quality Inspector plays a critical role in ensuring that products and processes meet established quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities
- Conduct a variety of product inspections and quality process inspections to ensure compliance with established standards, specifications, and customer requirements.
- Perform visual inspections and quality checks on components and finished products on the production floor.
- Document inspection results accurately by completing reports and logs, and entering data correctly into the quality database and other tracking systems.
- Perform daily audits in the assigned area, verifying that tools are set to the proper torque and are correctly calibrated.
- Verify that Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) procedures are followed correctly to protect sensitive equipment and components.
- Use calibrated tools and inspection equipment safely and effectively to measure, verify, and record quality data.
- Follow verbal and written instructions to carry out inspection tasks consistently, efficiently, and in accordance with established procedures.
- Maintain organized inspection records and ensure traceability of quality checks and audit findings.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to communicate quality issues promptly and support corrective and preventive actions as needed.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of quality processes by identifying opportunities to enhance inspection methods and product quality.
- Support adherence to quality assurance and quality control standards throughout the manufacturing process.
- Work safely on ladders when required to perform inspections or audits in elevated areas.
- Stand for prolonged periods during the shift while performing inspections and audits on the production floor.
- Handle tools, components, and inspection equipment with good manual dexterity to prevent damage to sensitive products.
- Participate in training and onboarding activities to learn and apply company-specific quality standards and procedures.

Work Environment
This role is based in a manufacturing facility located near the Las Vegas Speedway, supporting high-growth technology and data center solutions. The environment is fast-paced, production-focused, and highly collaborative, with teams working closely to maintain rigorous quality standards. The position follows a Monday through Friday schedule, with baseline shift times of 7:00 AM–3:30 PM for day shift and 3:30 PM–12:00 AM for swing shift, with potential minor staggered start adjustments. Initial onboarding and training for new hires will be conducted on day shift, with training hours to be confirmed. Work is primarily performed on the production floor and requires prolonged standing, occasional work on ladders, and frequent handling of tools, components, and inspection equipment. The facility supports an everyday casual dress environment, and employees may need to park at a nearby building lot, with a shuttle service provided to the site. The first 60 days of production will support both day and swing shifts, offering flexibility while maintaining a structured, safety-conscious, and team-oriented workplace.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
