The RN Nurse Trainer provides clinical leadership, supervision, and specialized training to both the Medical Coordinator and Individual Support Provider (ISP) staff. This role ensures the health, safety, and well-being of residents while maintaining compliance with agency policies, procedures, and Illinois DHS Rule 116.
