MENTOR Adult Day Health, a member of the Sevita family, provides day programs for elders with complex medical or rehabilitative needs. This allows seniors to obtain quality healthcare while remaining active and involved in the community and continuing to live in their own homes. Our programs are staffed with qualified, experienced licensed nurses and caregivers who are trained to provide individual assistance to each person we serve.
Home Health Aide (HHA)
Flexible Hours | Based on Availability
Wage: $19/hour + Mileage Reimbursement
Join our team as a Home Health Aide and provide one-on-one care to individuals in the comfort of their own homes. Provide in-home support with daily living activities (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Assist with mobility, transfers, and personal care
Support light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
Monitor health conditions and document services provided
Build positive, trusting relationships with the individuals you serve
High school diploma or equivalent; must be at least 18 years old
HHA or CNA certification
