Customer Care Specialist

Location: Estrella, AZ

Employment Type : Full-Time

Compensation: $23–$30/hr + quarterly performance based bonuses.

We’re currently hiring  Customer Care Specialists  to guide individuals through a structured service program designed to support personal progress and well-being. If you enjoy connecting with people and creating positive experiences, this could be a great next step in your career.

No specialized experience required.  We provide comprehensive paid training and certification, so you feel confident in your role.

About the Role

As a  Customer Care Specialist , you’ll be the friendly, reliable presence that individuals interact with throughout their program experience. You’ll help create a welcoming environment, guide people through scheduled sessions, and ensure everything runs smoothly.

Your role focuses on  building trust, providing encouragement, and creating a positive experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one support during scheduled service sessions

Operate specialized program equipment and tools (training provided)

Encourage participants using simple tools like journaling, goal setting, and reflection

Keep accurate records of session progress and communicate updates with team members

Create a welcoming, calm environment for every individual you work with

Minimum Requirements

2+ years of full-time professional experience (any industry)

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Reliable, hard working, and open to feedback

Background check and drug screening required
