The position available is for a Housekeeper working AM shifts with an attractive pay range of $17.76 to $18.76 per hour. The Housekeeper is responsible for cleaning all resident apartments, public spaces, common areas, and work zones, as well as handling laundry needs for both the residents and the community. • High school diploma or equivalent
• Prefer prior housekeeping or janitorial experience
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Must pass health screening tests including physical and TB tests
• Must comply with company health and safety protocols including COVID-19 vaccination and use of PPE
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication skills to interact with residents and staff
