Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary technical point of contact for German-speaking business partners operating within the consumer electronics sector, delivering consultative guidance on product integration, compatibility, and performance optimisation.

Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to consumer electronics products and platforms, ensuring partner satisfaction and minimal operational disruption.

Develop and maintain deep product expertise across the client's consumer electronics portfolio, including smart devices, home entertainment systems, wearables, and connected home technologies.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional internal teams — including engineering, sales, and product development — to escalate, track, and resolve high-priority technical cases in a timely manner.

Deliver technical onboarding sessions, product briefings, and solution demonstrations to German-speaking partners and resellers, both remotely and in coordination with on-site teams.

Proactively identify trends in partner-reported technical issues and communicate actionable insights to the product and engineering teams to improve consumer electronics offerings.

Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all technical interactions, solutions, and partner feedback using CRM and case management systems.

Support the development of technical resources, knowledge base articles, and best-practice guides tailored specifically for the German-speaking partner community in the consumer electronics space.
