Truck Mechanic

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and energetic Truck Mechanic to join our dynamic maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of medium and heavy-duty trucks. Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive inspections of trucks to identify mechanical issues using.
• Repair and maintain diesel engines, transmissions, suspensions, brakes, hydraulics, air brake systems, and electrical systems to ensure optimal vehicle performance.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to execute repairs efficiently while adhering to safety standards.
• Diagnose complex mechanical problems using automotive diagnostics and troubleshoot electrical or hydraulic system failures.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks including PM services, shocks & struts replacement, wheel alignments, and vehicle inspections.

Requirements

• Experience as a Heavy Equipment Mechanic or Truck Mechanic prefered.
• Strong mechanical knowledge of diesel engines, transmissions, HVAC systems, and automotive electrical systems.
• Hands-on experience with heavy truck repair, service technician tasks, and vehicle maintenance procedures.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients or team members.
• Must have you own tools
• Must have reliable transportation

Pay: $27.99 - $33.71 per hour
