Job Description

We are seeking a part‑time Physical Therapist to join our team in Smithville, TN for the school year. This position involves providing physical therapy services to students across all district schools, focusing primarily on initial evaluations and re‑evaluations with little to no direct therapy.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations and re‑evaluations of students to determine physical therapy needs
• Develop individualized plans to support student mobility and physical functioning
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to integrate physical therapy goals into the student's overall education plan
• Provide consultation and training to school staff on strategies to support student mobility and physical functioning
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations and progress
