Speech Language Pathologist
Location: Wilmington, MA
Role & Responsibilities: Provide speech-language therapy in a skilled nursing facility setting, ensuring a minimum of 32 guaranteed hours with a 90% productivity standard. Handle patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapy services aligned with clinical standards. Manage all aspects of patient care with a focus on improving communication and swallowing functions.
Qualifications & Skills: MS/MA in speech-language pathology, CCC-SLP or CFY eligibility, and at least 1 year of experience. Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills are required.
