Honest Offer is a Tucson-based real estate investment company. We move fast, close cash deals, and operate with a standard most companies won't hold themselves to.
This is a full-time, in-person acquisitions role. You'll be talking to homeowners every day, building real relationships, and converting motivated leads into signed contracts. The pipeline is warm. The support is real. The comp is uncapped.
This is not a transactional sales role. We're looking for someone who can lead conversations with confidence, empathy, and professionalism.
What the role looks like:
You'll meet with homeowners looking to sell, build rapport fast, qualify the situation, and present offers with confidence. Appointments are set for you. You walk in prepared, with a team behind you handling the paperwork. You'll manage your pipeline inside our CRM and know your numbers cold. Your one job is to close.
We expect a minimum of 10 appointments per week and a closing rate of 25% or better.
Compensation:
90-day training salary then Commission-based with a monthly draw. Unlimited earning potential.
Minimum production standards once up and running = $10,000/mo.
Who we're looking for:
You're a natural competitor who genuinely cares about people. You win because you build trust, not because you pressure. You keep score and hate losing more than you love winning. You're coachable, hungry, and self-directed. Nobody needs to stand over your shoulder. You've competed at a high level, whether that was in sports, sales, or any environment where results were non-negotiable. Experience with motivated seller leads or a consultative sales background is a strong plus. A real estate license is a plus but not required. You must be based in Tucson and able to work in-office full time.
