Role and Responsibilities:

In this role, you will provide attentive, guest-focused support that enhances the overall experience for every visitor. You will work collaboratively with team members to ensure exceptional service quality and uphold the resort's service values.

  • Provide genuine and forward-looking service that reflects Four Seasons' commitment to personalized excellence.
  • Encourage meaningful interactions with guests by recognizing familiar faces and offering warm, sincere greetings.
  • Collaborate with team members across departments to deliver seamless service and create memorable guest experiences.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety with a meticulous approach to guest-facing areas.
  • Address guest requests, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and care.
  • Adapt to support various tasks or responsibilities as needed within the resort environment.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience in luxury hospitality, customer service, or a similar area is preferred.
  • A genuine passion for serving others and a desire to exceed guest expectations.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities and clear, effective communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Conversational ability in a second language such as Japanese, Mandarin, or Korean is highly advantageous.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a luxury resort environment.
  • Additional language fluency beyond those listed.
