Key Requirements: Hold ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) Eligible to work as a licensed SLP within healthcare and school-based settings School-based SLP experience and pediatric expertise Prior knowledge of essential skills classrooms, cross-categorical, and tailored speech services preferred Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a caseload of approximately 35 students Commitment to culturally responsive, student-centered care Experience supervising or mentoring SLPAs is a plus Primary Responsibilities: Deliver assessments, direct therapy, and develop IEP goals for students in Kindergarten to 4th grade Collaborate with teachers and multidisciplinary teams to best serve a varied caseload Supervise, mentor, and support an SLPA, providing guidance and feedback to ensure best practices Document progress, maintain compliance, and communicate with families as needed Adapt support for students across essential skills, cross-categorical, and speech-only classrooms This full-time, 37.5-40 hour per week contract runs from August 10, 2026, through the end of the school year, offering stability and a sense of purpose as you empower young learners to find their voices.
