Position Overview

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five (5) years of plumbing service experience, strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires the ability to work independently while servicing residential and commercial plumbing systems.

Experience servicing and repairing boiler systems is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing systems and fixtures
• Perform service, maintenance, and installation work for residential and commercial customers
• Identify plumbing issues and recommend effective solutions
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Represent MPI with professionalism and integrity at all times

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years plumbing service experience
• Boiler experience preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
