In this role, you will be responsible for transforming interiors and exteriors through precise drywall installation, finishing, and high-quality painting. Your skills will contribute to residential multi family housing and renovation projects, ensuring surfaces are prepared and painted to perfection. Duties

• Install, repair, and finish drywall surfaces using hand tools and power tools, ensuring smooth, seamless results.
• Prepare construction surfaces by cleaning, sanding, patching, and applying primer to optimize paint adhesion.
• Apply paint using conventional spraying equipment or airless paint sprayers for efficient coverage on large projects.
• Perform surface preparation tasks such as caulking, plastering, and trim carpentry to ensure a flawless finish.
• Adhere strictly to safety regulations by utilizing respiratory protection, proper fall protection, and other safety gear during all phases of work.

Experience

• Proven experience in painting, drywall installation, or related renovation projects with a focus on residential or commercial settings.
• Familiarity with construction site safety regulations and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Skilled in the use of hand tools such as trowels, putty knives, caulking guns, and carpentry tools like saws and drills.
• Knowledge of surface preparation techniques including sanding, plastering, masonry work, and concrete finishing.
• Experience with painting processes and tools like spray machine, rollers, ect.
• Basic math skills for measuring surfaces and calculating material needs; handyman experience is advantageous.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
