Awardco's customers are top priority, and our Customer Support team ensures each Awardco user has the best experience possible while using our product. We have the following shifts available:
Monday-Friday from 11:00am-4:00pm
Monday-Friday from 6:00am-11:00am
Saturday-Sunday from Midnight-Noon
The hourly rate for this role is $15/hour.
What you will do:
Fulfill client orders and aid in support tickets
Work directly with platform users in answering their questions and helping to resolve any issues
Communicate with clients via email, chat, and phone
Ensure client satisfaction in every interaction
What you will bring:

Problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
Familiarity with the following platforms is a plus:
Salesforce
Microsoft Excel
Google Suite
Zendesk
