Job Specification
U Value Insulation is experiencing significant growth and is now seeking a Business Development Manager to join their dynamic sales team. You will be dealing directly with builders, contractors and end users to create your own customer base and help grow the company sales.
About The Role
Selling: insulation: drylining and associated products to contractors operating in domestic and commercial construction projects and at all stages of the build cycle – ground works, floor, fabric, envelope, roofing, retrofit
Maximising opportunities from an existing ledger alongside business creation with new customers to achieve monthly sales and margin targets
Work closely with the Branch Manager and Internal Sales team to obtain and convert enquiries into orders
Exceed customer expectations to become the supplier of choice
