THE ROLE: ACQUISITIONS MANAGER
The Acquisitions Manager is for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, knows how to connect with sellers, and doesn't need hand-holding to perform.

WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO
▸ Work seller leads from first contact to signed contract — fast
▸ Manage and prioritize your lead pipeline inside GoHighLevel (GHL)
▸ Build rapport with motivated sellers and uncover their real needs
▸ Conduct property assessments, run comps, and present offers with confidence
▸ Negotiate directly with sellers to get properties under contract at the right number
▸ Follow up relentlessly — no lead left behind
▸ Collaborate with the dispositions team to ensure a smooth handoff from contract to close
▸ Convert learnings into repeatable systems and playbooks that sharpen our acquisitions operation

REQUIREMENTS
▸ Proven track record of locking up deals in real estate acquisitions or sales
▸ You already know how to work a lead — follow-up systems, scripts, and objection handling
▸ Ability to audit and improve our existing acquisitions operation, not just execute within one
▸ Proficient in GoHighLevel (GHL) — you know the platform and can hit the ground running
▸ Strong negotiation skills with the ability to get properties under contract fast
▸ Deep understanding of how to analyze deals — comps, ARV, repair estimates
▸ Exceptional communication skills — confident on the phone, sharp over email and text
▸ High personal standards — detail-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated
▸ Integrity and reliability in all work
