Server/Waiter

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest services, ensuring that every patron has a memorable dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere.

Duties

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and attended to.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system, ensuring prompt service.
• Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner while adhering to food handling safety standards.
• Assist in bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of meals.
• Handle cash register transactions efficiently, processing payments accurately.
• Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks during busy shifts while maintaining high-quality service.
• Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally to enhance their experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality is preferred but not required.
• Strong guest services skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons.
• Familiarity with cash register operations and basic math skills for handling transactions.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.
• Knowledge of food handling practices to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations.
• Experience working in a nightclub or similar environment is a plus but not mandatory.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented atmosphere while also being self-motivated.
• Drug Screening Required upon acceptance of job offer.

Pay: $2.15 per hour

Shift availability:

• Day Shift (Preferred)
• Night Shift (Preferred)
